Virtual tour of the "Goodman Steak Houses"

Be Warned: Before you continue reading, you must hereby agree to maintain your loyalty to meat eating traditions!

The main character of this virtual tour is a beautiful cut of meat. Your goal in this tour? To cook that meat for a Guest. First, you enter the lobby where the hostess will smile and invite you into to the hall. In the hall, there are guests laughing, Aberdinian Anguses mooing and a jazz-band playing. Have a gander at the beautiful room, but do not get lost in the nostalgia of classic 50s films. Remember your goal, and make your way to the Guest in the corner.

With some prompting, you find your Guest is fond of rib eye steak roasted to medium doneness.

Now that you have the order, move on the Josper-grill (a special stove for roasting steaks) where your goal becomes a «virtual» reality — cooking the steak. The procedure is not complex: in order to obtain a fine grating on the steak, you must roast the meat four times — twice for each side. If you manage to do this in the first three attempts, you are either highly talented or highly observant.

Now that you’ve served your guest with the ready steak, the matching wine must be selected. Then, the dinner can start! But, do not rush to leave once the dining is done. In fact, feel free to take a look in the kitchen.

"We were set a task to convey the atmosphere of Goodman Steak Houses, where the culture of cooking classic steaks is of the utmost importance," says Artem Efremov, the project manager. "If, after getting acquainted with the virtual steak-house, you immediately feel like eating a steak, then we have been successful in completing this task."

This project was made in cooperation with the advertising agency "Riks".
